Write about how you have felt in the past, Write about the present, how you feel within, Write about your vision, your dreams and what you would like to create and share - JOE DUNCAN
When you first open your eyes in the morning and before you do anything else, grab a pen and your journal and write down a single paragraph on these three unique feelings.
~
1. Write about how you have felt.
Write about yesterday, the past and what has led you to this point in your life and this new day.
~
2. Write about how you feel.
Write about the present, how you feel within, how your mind and body feels and how you feel right now, in the present.
~
3. Write about about the future.
Write about your vision, your dreams and what you would like to create and share with the world on this new day and much further than tomorrow.
~
Take a moment to reflect on your past, the present and the future and then close the book.
~
Now you are ready for the day, you have connected with yourself and have touched base with how you feel today and that will help you to be a little gentler with yourself and help you to appreciate the journey you are on.
~
It's also the best way for those of you who don't know where to start when it comes to writing in your journal and connecting with yourself on a more meaningful level.
~
I call it the three paragraph rule and I hope it helps you on your beautiful and amazing journey.
~
May you be blessed in every way.
